Job Description: Ample SofTech is seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for IT support issues. The successful candidate will assist users with desktop-related technical issues, both locally and remotely, and deliver exceptional service across various platforms. Roles & Responsibilities: Analyze and understand product requirements to create comprehensive test plans and test cases. Execute manual and automated test scripts for functional, integration, regression, and performance testing. Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and improve the software. Conduct root cause analysis for bugs and defects to ensure effective resolutions. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of test progress and results. Participate in software design reviews and provide feedback from a quality perspective. Continuously improve testing processes and implement best practices.
