Profile: Marketing Manager (Exp. 4-5 yrs.) Who is self-motivated to deliver the highest quality on time and orchestrate ultimate stakeholder experiences whilst shepherding brand stories and demand gen in a smart way with the new age integrated marketing. Job responsibilities Overall, s/he will be responsible for supporting the marketing efforts of the company's portfolio of products/services through thought-leadership B2B campaigns, webinars/events, go-to-market outreach, etc. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing brand and demand generation projects while working closely alongside the marketing head. The successful candidate will drive digital marketing campaigns and manage brand thought-leadership programs (primarily at LinkedIn, Google, YouTube and Data-Core Systems website) that effectively position products/services to generate MQLs across India & Southeast Asia, Middle East, USA and Europe. Building and curating contact databases for B2B brand awareness, lead generation campaigns and conducting regular email marketing campaigns focused on brand outreach and demand generation. Keeping a track of all marketing campaigns done, responses received, leads generated, unsubscribes, bounces, etc. analytics and insights; solid knowledge of tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot required for this. Driving webinar and digital events – Ops. and platform mgmt., GTM communication, attendee acquisition, panelist mgmt., and stakeholders’ coordination. Tracking website and social media performance through Google Analytics and generating monthly reports. Managing official social media handles for Data-Core Systems (LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube) Curating all official social posts about company events, industry updates, and capabilities. Providing insights into suitable creatives to go along with the content. Providing crucial review and ops support in the production and standardization of marketing collaterals including brochures, flyers, mailers, webpages, etc. Taking up assignments related to market research, competitor analysis, management & coordination. Managing HubSpot CRM for the organization to track sales pipeline and assist with CRM administration. Managing day-to-day inside sales operation cadence. Preferred profile – Qualifications and Personal Skills We are searching for a systematic and methodical marketing manager with an in-depth marketing campaign and operation knowledge who knows how to deliver consistently high-quality services on time. S/he must have demonstrated experience and be best-in-class standards to keep a brand marketing engine running smoothly, preferably with an IT Services and/or Software product Company in the B2B Tech marketplace. S/he needs to have impeccable English writing/communication skills and be good at collaborating in a multi-country / cultural environment. Requirements: Minimum 4-5 years’ experience with various brand and demand gen digital campaign execution, and online/offline event management skills. Should possess a master's degree/MBA (preferably) or equivalent specializing in Marketing. End to end management of contact database – creating, curating and driving email campaigns. Thorough knowledge and experience in email marketing and its tools is a must (MailChimp etc.) A good understanding of inbound and social media marketing – Google Analytics, SEO, SEM/Ad Words, SMM. Running end to end webinar, 3rd party events, round tables – managing organizers, vendors, internal teams. Knowledge and hands-on experience in CRM tools (preferably HubSpot). Experience with various media/software tools in marketing campaigns is highly desirable. Creative sense, fresh and out of box thinking with an ability to develop an outstanding digital campaign. Ability to multitask, highly self-motivated and a great team member with a high interpersonal skill. Marketing agency experience handling service projects for customers. Fluent with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word. Written and verbal fluency in English. Location: Kolkata
