Key Responsibilities. Identify and qualify sales leads, capturing essential customer information and assessing their needs to tailor appropriate solutions. Engage with prospects over the phone professionally and persuasively, clearly articulating the features, advantages, and benefits of travel packages to convert leads into sales. Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with potential customers to build relationships and increase the likelihood of sales conversions. Maintain a thorough understanding of travel packages, including destinations, pricing, and itineraries to effectively sell to customers. Address customer concerns and overcome objections to influence buying decisions through persuasive sales conversations. Close sales deals by overcoming objections, negotiating terms, and securing customer commitment. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up actions. Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings to position services in the market. Achieve monthly sales targets and provide feedback on leads and client preferences. Develop and maintain reports to share with supervisors and management for tracking and monitoring daily progress.
