Video Producer needed in a Financial Institution in Bandra East, Mumbai. Immediate Joining. Seeking a creative and technically skilled Video Producer to lead video content production for the organization. The ideal candidate will conceptualize, produce, and edit high-quality video content to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and support marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize video campaigns that align with company goals, including brand videos, explainer videos, and social media content. Develop a scalable video content strategy for multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.). Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos, including testimonials, brand stories, explainer videos, webinars, and ad campaigns. Create engaging short-form content for social media, including Reels and Shorts, Lead the creative vision for all video projects, ensuring consistency with brand identity and messaging. Script and storyboard video content to ensure clarity, impact, and alignment with campaign objectives. Manage the end-to-end video production process, including pre-production planning, shooting, and post-production editing. Build and maintain a production calendar to ensure timely delivery of video projects Use industry-standard tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and GenAI tools to produce professional-grade videos. Experiment with Generative AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance creative outputs Work closely with content writers, graphic designers, and other marketing team members to integrate video content into broader campaigns. Partner with external vendors or freelancers as needed for large-scale productions Qualifications Bachelors degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Marketing, or related field. 5+ years of experience in video production, including shooting, editing, and motion graphics. Expertise in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve). Proficiency in motion graphics and animation tools like After Effects. Familiarity with Generative AI tools for content creation is a strong plus. Strong storytelling and creative direction skills, with a portfolio showcasing a range of video styles. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Only local candidates are needed.
