Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Producer to join our team. The Video Producer will be responsible for managing all aspects of video production, from concept development to final delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video production, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Oversee the entire video production process, including pre-production, production, and post-production phases. Concept Development: Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and creative teams to develop compelling video concepts and storylines. Budgeting and Scheduling: Create and manage production budgets and schedules, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Crew Coordination: Hire and manage production crews as and when needed. Equipment Management: Ensure all necessary equipment is available and in good working On-Set Supervision: Supervise on-set activities to ensure quality control Editing and Post-Production: Oversee the editing process, including color correction, sound design, and visual effects, to ensure the final product meets quality standards. Quality Assurance: Review and approve final video content before delivery to ensure it meets the desired standards and client expectations. Content Distribution: Manage the distribution of video content across various platforms, including social media, websites, and broadcast channels. Skills required: Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro), knowledge of camera equipment and lighting techniques, and familiarity with sound recording Creativity: Strong creative vision and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate ideas into Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders. Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems that arise during the production Experience with animation and motion graphics. Knowledge of digital marketing and video SEO. Familiarity with live streaming and virtual event production. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed. Travel may be required for on-location shoots.
