Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Connect with Leads: Make calls to students and parents to discuss their educational needs. Provide Information: Clearly explain programs, fees, and how to apply. Build Relationships: Answer questions, follow up, and guide leads toward admission. Keep Records: Update call logs and lead details in our CRM system. Meet Goals: Work with the team to achieve weekly and monthly targets. Teamwork: Coordinate with Business Development and Admissions Teams. Daily Targets: Meet daily and weekly call and conversion goals. Who Were Looking For: Education: Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferably in Business or Marketing). Experience: 1+ years in telecalling or sales. Salary ranges from 2,00,000 to 4,50,000 per year based on experience and interview performance. Skills: Great communication in English, Hindi, and Telugu. Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused. Bonus: Experience with CRM tools, MS Office, or sales/business development.
