We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, building strong relationships, and driving sales of products and services. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Initiate and maintain outbound telephone calls, to identify and connect with potential customers. Promote our products and services by understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions. Build and manage a pipeline of qualified, prospective clients to ensure consistent growth in sales opportunities. Conduct follow-ups with clients to nurture relationships, address inquiries, and understand their evolving requirements. Provide comprehensive guidance to customers about our services, ensuring they have all the necessary information to make informed decisions. Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives. Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal abilities, including influencing and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving targets.
