Job Description

Key Responsibilities. Generate interested leads and set up meetings with the Business Development Manager. Keep prospective client databases updated. Make cold calls to attract new business opportunities. Conduct weekly meetings with immediate superiors to discuss work progress. Follow company guidelines and procedures for customer acquisition. Understand client needs, provide solutions and support, answer client questions, and follow up on all queries. Respond to client request proposals (RFPs). Schedule calls for agreed meetings between clients and managers. Maintain updated records in CRM or Excel. Collaborate with management on sales goals, planning, forecasting, and developing short and long-term business development plans. Requirements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong active listening skills. Any Bachelor's degree is a plus. Ability to professionally and confidently communicate with C-Level Executives. Team-oriented with a strong ability to collaborate.
