Business Development Executive - ( Male & Female ) Apply Only Immediate Joiner ( General Shift ) Job Timing : 10 AM to 6 PM Working Days: 6 Days in Week, Work from Office.. We are looking for an experienced business development executive with following job roles: 1- Identify new leads 2- Pitching for Sales JD: Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, online research, and industry events. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads. Sales & Account Management: Develop and present compelling sales proposals and presentations to prospective clients. Negotiate and close deals effectively. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns promptly. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends. Analyze competitor activities and develop effective counter-strategies. Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Track sales performance against targets and prepare regular reports. Forecast future sales trends and develop strategies to achieve growth objectives. Teamwork & Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other team members, including marketing, sales support, and customer success. Share best practices and contribute to team improvement initiatives.
