Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to oversee all activities related to production, ensuring the translation of design into finished products and on-time delivery through effective manpower and material planning. The role involves continuous improvement in quality and delivery time to meet organizational objectives and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Production Oversight: Supervise and manage the production process to ensure design specifications are accurately translated into the final product. Manpower & Material Planning: Coordinate and plan the allocation of resources (materials, labor, and equipment) to ensure smooth production flow. Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control processes to continuously improve the standard of products. On-Time Delivery: Ensure products are delivered on time by optimizing production schedules and resolving any bottlenecks. Shop Floor Management: Supervise and guide the shop floor workforce, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely. Continuous Improvement: Monitor and improve production processes, identifying opportunities for reducing costs, improving efficiency, and enhancing product quality. Workforce Management: Allocate responsibilities and provide constant supervision to ensure smooth operation and high levels of productivity. Coordination with Departments: Work closely with other departments (such as engineering and quality control) to ensure smooth execution of production processes. Desired Candidate Profile: Education: B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in vessel fabrication, conveyor systems, and machine building industries. Skills: Strong knowledge of production processes, material planning, and quality control. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to analyze and solve production-related issues effectively. Strong communication and organizational skills.
