Our Client is one of the leading names in the Pharmaceutical API & Intermediate. They are currently looking for Site/ Plant Head to be based in Hyderabad. Role & responsibilities Plan, organize and direct manufacturing operations which effect the most effective returns on assets. Implement manufacturing strategies and action plans to ensure the facility supports the organization objectives. To Initiate plans and processes which minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials and capital. To Ensure attainment of business objectives and production schedules while ensuring product standards that exceed customer expectations. Direct an effective, motivated and business results focused team to achieve pre-defined targets vis a vis cost, quality and turnaround time parameters. Encourage use of new technology and focus on fact based problem solving with complete transparency. Lead the production team successfully through various customer/regulatory audits and have in depth knowledge of production related documentation. Managing the manufacturing plants operation activities, such as production targets, production planning, manpower planning &control, troubleshooting, technology transfer, capacity enhancement, process optimization and safety. To forecast monthly and quarterly production planning based on sales . To Work closely with stakeholders QA, QC,R&D, RA, Warehouse, Engineering, HR & Admin and EHS for smooth functioning of plant operations. Preferred candidate profile 15+years of experience in API / Intermediate manufacturing
