We are seeking a skilled and dedicated PAUT & TOFD Engineer to join our team at NDTS India (P) Limited. As a PAUT & TOFD Engineer, you will be responsible for performing non-destructive testing (NDT) using Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT) and Time of Flight Diffraction (TOFD) techniques. This is a full-time position located in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in the field. Qualifications And Skills. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Certification in Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT) and Time of Flight Diffraction (TOFD) techniques. 1 to 3 years of experience in PAUT and TOFD inspections. Strong knowledge of applicable codes and standards (ASNT, ISNT, ISO, etc.). Proficiency in using NDT equipment and software. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Roles And Responsibilities . Perform Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT) and Time of Flight Diffraction (TOFD) inspections on various materials and components. Follow standard testing procedures to ensure accurate and reliable results. Interpret and evaluate test results, and prepare detailed reports. Collaborate with clients and provide technical expertise and recommendations. Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulations. Maintain and calibrate NDT equipment, and troubleshoot issues as needed. Stay updated with the latest developments in PAUT and TOFD techniques. Assist in training and mentoring other NDT technicians..
