Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Accountant with 3-5 years of experience in audit, tax filings, and financial management. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the audit process, international tax filing (especially for US tax returns), and experience with SaaS products. What Youll Do: Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with regulations. Prepare and file US tax returns (federal, state, and local), including international tax compliance. Manage tax compliance related to international business operations, including VAT/GST, cross-border tax issues, and withholding taxes. Familiarity with audit standards, financial regulations, and accounting principles (GAAP). Handle tax filings related to SaaS products and international clients. Reconcile general ledger, prepare financial statements, and assist in budgeting and forecasting. Work with external auditors and manage tax reporting deadlines. What you will need: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 3-5 years of accounting experience with US tax filings and audit knowledge. Experience with international tax filing and SaaS-related tax issues. Hands-on experience with international tax filing, especially in the context of US tax law. Strong knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks, Zoho books, Xero, etc.). Detail-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience with cross-border taxation and global tax compliance.
