Job Description

The primary job would be to provide Techno Financial consultancy services to the IBV of CDOT which has been assigned the task of making Digital by Design compliance of the new Telecommunication Act 2023 of Department of Telecom and also unification of 40+ its portals. Work will be involve understand telecom business processes from the concerned DoT wings, analyze, reengineering and help in IT solution designing. You will be required to work closely on planning for digital transition of paper based processes, identify digital process gaps and implementation strategies in the new unified software solution to bridge the gap. You would be working in close coordination with the DoT officials and IBV of CDOT Management. Youll mainly contribute your skills at finance, accounting, internal control over financial reporting for related portals being managed/developed by IBV of CDOT. Key Responsibilities Participate in engagements that involves Finance Transformation mostly on Digital Finance, Performance and Value Management, Regulatory Compliance and Global Business Services. Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication, and coordinate subordinate while provide updates to Management or above as appropriate Participate and assist in preparing for meetings with DoT wings. Help prepare reports and schedules that will be delivered to management and other parties Develop and maintain productive working relationships with concerned personnel Build strong internal relationships within Consulting team and with other services across the organization Requirements Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or related field/CA in specialization /M.Com in any specialization Min 5-6 years of experience of working with a reputed firm as a Financial Consultant/Analyst. Interested in business process re-engineering, finance technology implementation for finance process efficiency and digitalization. Good understanding of Business Value Chain and IT finance/taxation related software applications is an advantage. Exposure on telecom Revenue related planning and analysis, risk assessment, financial metrics monitoring and reporting is an advantage. Excellent skills in both written and verbal communication. Strong leadership, teamwork, across-disciplines and countries collaboration. Strong project management with multiple projects and diverse team members. Strong analytical thinking, problem solving skills, presentation and communication skills.
