Liaising on email with internal customer care & store/operations teams Logging updates on Google Sheets pertaining to a raised ticket. Filing claims for packages lost/ damaged in transit as communicated by the courier partners. Maintain records of claims approved/ rejected for accounting purpose & liaising with accounts teams Escalating claims to the couriers dispute team when claims are rejected (situation based). Coordinating with courier partners globally, DPD (UK), An Post (Ireland), DHL (Netherlands) & other courier partners around the world Working on any other Logistics related task as required by the Management. Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information Working on ad hoc projects Required Skills: Excellent grasp of spoken and written English Self Motivated Excellent organizational and time-management skills Interpersonal and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to Detail Ability to Work Under Pressure
