Brief Overview of the Role Be part of Core team of Operation and responsible for Managing replenishment from SPRS / VNA to Pick module, upkeep of racking area including process standardization and adherence. Support in bringing best practices for Process Manual, SOPs, Process Guidelines & making strategies for its floor implementation. Job Description: CORE COMPETENCIES Demonstrated professional excellence in Warehouse Operation Receiving, put away, Pick, pack and dispatch working with cross functions e.g., Inventory Planning team, Business team, transportation. Should be well versed in Warehouse Management, productivity, and cost optimization & warehouse automation concepts Experienced in assessing training needs related to the floor team, 5S, Audits, etc.; skilled in developing SOPs, training modules & undertaking sessions for all levels of employees. Experience in resource planning (manpower, space, process, material, MHEs, IT systems) in co-ordination with the floor operation team Strong 3PL People Management Skills . Experience & Skill Set Ideal candidate will have strong acumen around supply chain operations particularly warehouse operation- receiving, put away, pick, pack, and dispatch. Should well versed with system driven storage and retrieval management. Good stakeholder management skills, ability to convince/negotiate with all stakeholders. Proven experience in planning and execution of receiving, put away, pick , pack and dispatch. Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in English 3PL management experience. Sound knowledge of Warehouse Management system ( WMS) Should be able to analyse the related WMS report and take out key actionable insights Expertise in productivity and cost optimization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in resource planning (manpower, space, process, material, MHEs, IT systems) in co-ordination with the floor operation team Should have exposure in working with automation environment. Strong inclination towards data, model design as per current and future business requirement Extensive knowledge of retail operations and best industry practices Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to prepare reports and documentation.
