Role Overview: The Supply Chain & Procurement Manager will oversee and optimize procurement and supply chain operations to ensure seamless production and delivery. The role involves sourcing high-quality materials, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring cost-effective, timely procurement while supporting the SCM Head in achieving operational goals. Key Responsibilities: Procurement Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers and vendors for raw materials, packaging, and other essentials for fragrance products. Negotiate contracts and terms to ensure competitive pricing and favorable terms. Monitor and maintain procurement schedules to align with production timelines. Supply Chain Optimization: Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations from material sourcing to product delivery. Analyze and optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Ensure timely delivery of materials and finished goods to meet production and distribution schedules. Vendor and Inventory Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring quality and reliability. Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring optimal stock levels. Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure efficient storage and dispatch. Risk Management and Compliance: Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including disruptions and shortages. Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, safety protocols, and sustainability goals. Monitor and implement best practices in procurement and supply chain management. Reporting and Collaboration: Prepare and present reports on procurement, inventory, and supply chain performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, R&D, and finance, to align procurement strategies with business objectives. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in procurement and supply chain management, preferably in the fragrance or FMCG industry. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. Proficiency in supply chain and inventory management software. Excellentanalytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong knowledge of procurement processes, market trends, and cost management. Key Attributes: Detail-oriented and highly organized.
