Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Civil and Mechanical freshers who are eager to start their careers in engineering. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow within a dynamic work environment.
Role & responsibilities:
- Assist in project execution and support on-site activities
- Work closely with senior engineers in planning, design, and implementation tasks
- Prepare basic drawings, technical reports, and project documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards at all times
- Participate in site inspections and help track project progress.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Education: ITI / Diploma / Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt
- Basic understanding of engineering concepts
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ready to travel/relocate if required
- Knowledge of AutoCAD / drafting software.
- Strong willingness to learn and grow
