Job Description
Grade: Sales Executive/Sr. Executive/ Asst. Manager
Location: Mumbai
Department: International Sales
Experience: 0-7 years and above
MAJOR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Achieving individual sales targets segment / geography wise.
Visit existing,potential new customers and creating business through new geography for new as well as existing products.
Identifying the new regions and segments for existing and new products.
Engagement and hand holding with dealers.
Conducting seminars for the end customers in coordination with distributors.
Identifying and participation in related exhibitions in the region.
Catalyst in making the marketing tools like -price list/ catalog hard/soft flyers, promotional schemes via marketing department.
Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends.
Feedback to R&D for up-gradation in existing products & development of new products.
Monitoring customer complaints & maintaining the quality complaintregister.
Ensuring to get customer satisfaction feedback form from customer & accordingly make improvements in the required fields.
Provide customers with quotations / offers.
Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close the sales.
Coordinate within company with all departments for smooth order execution and after sales service requirements.
Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with seniors
Collaborate with ASM / RM to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.
Collaborate with ASM / RM to establish and control budgets for sales promotion and trade show expenses.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
B.E. (Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation Engg)
MBA in Sales & Marketing/ Operations/ International Business will be an added advantage
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Excellent written & verbal communication, presentation skills.
Sound technical & commercial knowledge.
Willingness to travel.
Ability to develop & maintain good customer relationship.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Fresher or Relevant 0-7+ year experience preferable in Sales / International Sales/ Marketing in Electrical Instrumentation/Switch
Gear/Power Supplies/Electronic Industrial Products..
Good technical & commercial knowledge.
