Job Description

Role & responsibilities


  • Manage existing government accounts, including large ministries and central PSUs (Railways, Banks, Insurance, Power, Oil).
  • Drive ongoing contract renewals and identify cross-sell opportunities across SMS, WhatsApp Business API, and Cloud Voice solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior officials and decision-makers.
  • Provide post-order execution support to ensure timely delivery, resolution of issues, and high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with presales, delivery, and technical teams to coordinate demos, POCs, and service implementations.
  • Track revenue growth, pipeline, and account performance metrics, reporting to senior management.
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within assigned accounts to maximize revenue contribution.

Required qualifications and skills


  • Up to 5 years of experience in Enterprise / Govt / IT Sales, preferably with exposure to government accounts.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and maintain senior-level relationships.
  • Understanding of post-order execution, service delivery processes, and issue resolution.
  • Proven track record in revenue expansion across multiple CPaaS channels (SMS WhatsApp Cloud Voice).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven, collaborative, and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Exposure to CPaaS / Telecom / IT / SaaS solutions.
  • Prior experience handling government ministries, PSUs, or enterprise accounts.
  • Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
