Merchandiser Head/Merchandising Manager(Production)- Garments Industry Merchandiser Head/Merchandising Manager(Production) Qualification:- Textile Degree Experience:- 10 to 15 years in textile garments manufacturing as Merchandiser Roles & Responsibility:- Looking for a Merchandiser Head. Review all product costing and pricing.Communicate with key buyers and coach merchandiser to be able to communicate with oversea customers. To develop & manage key accounts. Need to market and coordinate with both international & domestic buyer. FOLLOW UP on new developments. Regular Updating Of Production Space.Lead Merchandiser team Get sampling and product development by interacting with design team. Review and monitor all order execution details. Participating in the Selection Process of the team. He should have knowledge in Textile Garments Product. He has to handle the team and coordinate with buyers on a day to day basis. Get sampling and product development by interacting with the design team. Develop and ensure compliance to budget for all merchandising process. Supervise and ensure effectiveness of all merchant activities. Prepare training and job orientation programs for all new merchants. Coordinating with buyers for their sample requests. Getting the correct samples ready in time in the correct quality. Preparing cost sheets for the samples sent. Processing orders and coordinating with suppliers for material delivery dates and rates. Getting all necessary approvals from buyer against the order. Coordinating order delivery with the production team and making sure that goods get ready in time and in correct quality. Working on company ERP system. Computer proficiency and effective communication skills in English is essential. Procurement of order and following it through. Provide inputs to Design team for collections. Regular visits to factory and communication with the buyers for new market trends. Maintain a pulse on the buyers buying patterns. To be able to give a tentative spot costing. To coordinate with production, dispatch & quality department. The candidate should be highly motivated & self driven.
