Job Summary The Digital Marketing executive will drive and be responsible for Digital Marketing initiatives including B2B and B2C to drive awareness of Disease, Brand, Therapy and Products. The Digital Marketing Executive will work closely with the Product and sales team and develop custom campaigns to increase the to generate more leads, create awareness, create active engagement, periodically run the VoC from the patients and manage brand reputation through social media channels. - The incumbent should be a MBA in Marketing / Post-graduation diploma in Business Management - Should have 3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing. Roles and Responsibilities in Detail Social Media Handles And KPI Management Managing Social Media Handles of the organization Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media Expand organizations footprint across all social media platforms including but not limited to Linkedin, facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Vumedi, YouTube, Pinterest, etc Maintain Organization branding and Online Reputation management across platforms Manage KPIs of Followers, Viewers, Engagement, etc. across all platforms B2C Content Marketing and Calendarization Plan on Social Media Platforms with the objective of: (a) Organization Branding (b) Disease Awareness (c ) Therapy Awareness (d) Brand Awareness Build Trust Management with use of : (a) Patient testimonials Maintainance, Conceptualization and execution of Content Calendarization Plan Working with Creative Team on Content Creation with various formats including but not limited to Images, GIFs, Videos, Animations, Motion Graphics, Reels, etc. Conceptualization, Planning, Calendarization, Execution, Optimizing and Monitoring of Digital media platforms to: (a) Acquire customers (b) Awareness (c ) Lead generation (d) Traffic generation on inhouse platforms (e ) Conversion campaigns Work on Patient/Surgeon testimonials to build trust and confidence in organizational brands Agency Management Working with Social media agencies for ensuring management of KPIs of followers, viewers, engagement, etc. Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website Collaborate with designers to improve user experience Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors Campaign Management Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.) Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.) Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date Managing PPC campaigns, monitoring reports, and ROI. Writing SEO copy for the website. Prepare operational newsletters and persuasive email marketing strategies. Use and implementation of Marketing stack to run campaigns Plan and run campaigns across Customer/ Patient Journey Cycle and provide relevant stimulus to move customers across stages towards purchase/ discussion of Brand/ Therapy with surgeons Create an omni channel experience for buying, and awareness generation Work together with Web Designers to maximize user experience. Coordinate with Social Media Marketing Manager in regards to the online adverts. Conserve partnerships with media companies. Stay updated with digital marketing trends and attend networking events. research new online media opportunities that may benefit the business including mobile, social media, development of blogs and forums contribute to company and industry blogs and manage e-communications assist with paid media, including liaising with digital advertising agencies develop and integrate content marketing strategies manage the contact database and assist with lead generation activities Website Management Website Management Managing Content and updation on website SEO and page ranking maintenance of Website Innovative ways to expand and upgrade website content in order to maximize traffic on footfalls Monitoring and Analytics Create metrics, Data capture and date management, Analytics and Reporting and Dashboard on the progress Working on Google Analytics, FB Analytics, Etc tools for campaign analytics Plan and Track Campaigns with the help of tools like Keyword research, google console, Google Ads, etc provide accurate reports and analysis to clients and company management to demonstrate effective return on investment (ROI) conduct keyword research and web statistics reporting contribute to social media engagement and brand awareness campaigns use web analytics software to monitor the performance of client websites and make recommendations for improvement Automations Managing SharePoint and Office 365 Initiates Managing Power Automate and Power Apps to create process automations wherever required Consistently working on tools to automate processes Envangelization Training team on usage of social media Training and working with team to expand digital footprint and brand building Usage of social media as employer and branding to acquire for the best possible talent Conceptualizes and Ideates for Futuristic Initiates on Social Media/ Digital Platforms
