Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing & Communications Executive to manage our social media channels, website, and communication strategies. This role will be pivotal in enhancing our online presence, engaging our community, and promoting our brand. Key Responsibilities 1. Social Media Management: 2. Website Management: 3. Other Strategic Areas: Develop, curate, and manage content for Inventure Academy s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.). Collaborate with other team members to fulfil day-to-day social media requirements. Monitor and respond to social media interactions and track engagement metrics. Regularly review and update website content to ensure it is current, accurate, and engaging. Collaborate with relevant departments to gather information and create content that reflects the school s activities and achievements. Optimize website performance and user experience. Assist in the creation and distribution of newsletters and other school communications. Ensure that all communications are aligned with the school s brand and messaging guidelines. Support various departments in drafting, editing, and disseminating important announcements. Implement SEO best practices to improve the school s search engine rankings. Conduct keyword research and analysis to optimize website content. Monitor SEO performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Generate regular reports on digital marketing activities, including social media engagement, website traffic, and SEO performance. Contribute to the development and maintenance of the school scorecard, Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. Present findings and recommendations to the Head Strategic Initiatives & Communications to inform strategic decisions. Participate in strategic projects as assigned, based on skills and interest. Provide input and support for marketing campaigns, events, and other initiatives. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve digital marketing efforts. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. 1-2 years of relevant experience in social media management, website management, and content creation. Strong understanding of SEO principles and tools. Experience with data analysis, reporting, and scorecard management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Adwords, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, WordPress).More Info
