About The Role :. AI/ML Specialist. We are seeking a talented AI/ML Specialist to join our dynamic team.. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in model building, a deep understanding of unsupervised algorithms, and the ability to work with large datasets for inference.. Exposure to MLOps frameworks and processes is a plus.. Key Responsibilities. Develop and deploy AI/ML models with a focus on unsupervised learning algorithms.. Handle large-scale data for inference, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and scalability.. Design and implement efficient data pipelines to support model training and deployment.. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML models into business applications.. Monitor and improve model performance, ensuring optimal outcomes.. Implement MLOps practices for continuous integration and deployment (optional but preferred).. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and methodologies.. Education. Required Skills and Qualifications :. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.. Experience. Proven experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.. Proficiency in unsupervised learning algorithms such as clustering, anomaly detection, or dimensionality reduction.. Working with large datasets and Big Data tools (e.g, Spark, Hadoop, or similar frameworks).. Technical Skills. Expertise in Python, R, or similar programming languages.. Familiarity with libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.. Knowledge of data preprocessing and feature engineering techniques.. Preferred Skills. Exposure to MLOps frameworks and tools (e.g, MLflow, Kubeflow, or similar).. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for model deployment and scaling.. Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.. Soft Skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities..
