Detailed Job Description: Job Title - Process Specialist - P&C Pre-Requisite Qualification: Graduate (BCom/BSc/BA) Experience : 36-60 month in BPO Industry (P&C experience in preferred) Good Communication skills (Verbal & Written) Typing speed 40 wpm with 95% accuracy Good Analytical skills Eye for detail Job Summary Process Specialist - P&C Graduate (exclusion: BE/B.Tech/MCA).As Specialists 'Individual in this role need to Buddy with the new joiners to bring them up the learning curve, Participate on the review calls with the process owners, proactive identification of issues and assist the team in resolving the same. Process knowledge management through up to date documentation, and regular refreshers, interact with customers (internal / external) to meet process deliverables For Blended processes (Outbound Call and Task Processing): Understand Commercial and personal licensing terminology, Should analyse and interpret licensing regulations, Adjuster onboarding and renewal, Adjuster DOI changes, Internal & Independent producer onboard, cancel and update, Agency updates, Claim Adjuster cancel, cover note, premium calculations & updates, changes requested by agents and insurance company representatives, modify existing agents. Obtain and verify information on forms, applications and related documents. Investigate, analyse the producer information. Proven verbal and written communication skills for contact with agents, brokers, management, field sales and regulatory agencies. Document and diary files as required, processes & files necessary documentation with state agency. Roles and Responsibilities Work in a blended process environment, which means you will be part of both voice and non-voice processes Roles & Responsibilities Project / Process:- Oversee the daily operations of Licensing & Compensation to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions. Verbal and written communication skills for contact with agents, brokers, management, field sales and regulatory agencies. Successful self-certification and Offshore Knowledge Transfer Provide expertise in MS Excel to analyze data and generate reports that support decision-making processes. Collaborate with the provider team to resolve any discrepancies and improve overall process efficiency. Conduct regular audits to identify and rectify any errors or inconsistencies in the Licensing & Compensation process. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Licensing & Compensation function. Train and mentor junior team members on best practices and company standards. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to address any issues or concerns related to Licensing & Compensation. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall process performance. Ensure all provider-related transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled in a timely manner. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in accounts receivables and provider domains. If required, active participation in the process transitions from business to Cognizant center. Ensure documented process guidelines are followed and are updated on periodic basis. Respond to queries raised by the team and seek timely intervention from the business, if required100% Process adherence to transaction processing involving Licensing and Compensation Minimize Quality Check (re-work). Do a detailed Root Cause Analysis on all Quality Check errors and provide feedback to the team, initiate and implement process improvements to reduce breakages and backdated transactions Track back dated transactions to ensure that they are processed on time to reduce exposure. Track and control Not In Good Order through analysis and constant feedback to internal team and client (as applicable) Reconciliation of transaction processing with financial entries to ensure accuracy Review and document all relevant process changes and improve process quality of the team Resolve process related queries and escalations Report to the team leader on performance, status and any escalations Identify gaps in process compliance and conduct audits to drive process compliance Support the team by liaising with different departments. Analyze feedback received and error reports to arrive at training needs Drive Quality Awareness training material creation and delivery to projects Drive and participate in Operations reviews Report team performance data at the desired frequency People / Team:- Mentor new associates joining the team through adequate training, counseling and regular feedback Complete mandatory training for self as identified in the training plan for the project Conduct refresher training for existing associates Encourage the team to take domain/industry level certifications Manage knowledge sharing sessions Align individual goals with team objectives (work cohesively with the team) Conduct peer reviews Ensure quality monitoring and audits for process executives to identify areas of improvement for the team or individuals Manage knowledge sharing sessions Align individual goals with team objectives (work cohesively with the team) Completes all mandatory assessment/ certifications as applicable like LOMA Fundamentals, Anti-money laundering training (AML). ___________________________________________________________________________________________ Update Missing Skillsets from the JD in your CV & Share an Updated & Quality CV to initiate a Screening Call.
