Dear candidate Urgent requirement for the position of "Nurse Educator " for a cardiac care hospital, established in 2002, located in the western suburb of Bandra. Job location : BKC Exp : 5-7 years CTC: Depends upon your last salary Job description : Enforces performance of nursing practice in line with the facility of JCI and NABH policies procedures and standards Identifies staff training/educational needs and establish learning priorities of nursing personnel. Plans, organize and coordinates the training / educational programs for Novice Nurses Serves as a professional role model as well as resource person who gives guidance and support when required Assist in developing staff communication and teaching skills. Maintains appropriate standards nursing competencies in line with JCI and NABH Nursing Excellence standards and continues Personal Professional Development.
