Job Description
Prepare weekly, quarterly surveillance reports to have continuous check on all subsea equipment. Develop and maintain a database of subsea integrity KPIs. Prepare a data base for new observations and Key findings captured through surveillance. Analyse the observations and key findings based on the criticality and share analysis reports with customer. Discuss analysis done on Key findings and add them into Meridium data base to track on the Findings and see if this turns into Anomaly. Maintain anomalies in Meridium data base and Ensure any reported subsea anomalies are reviewed and assessed. Provide subsea technical support and expertise as and when required to the Subsea Operations and Project teams. Continually look for ways to improve the subsea equipment integrity management system by providing productivity or continual improvement ideas. Issue monthly anomaly status report (stewardship report) to asset management team (customer). Review subsea inspection reports and screen for major risks and communicate to customer. Perform risk based analysis and Classify risks based on damage classifications. Ensure QA/ QC as per process, prepare KPI of assigned BU, Attend all customer meetings Work Experience Bachelor of Engineering Degree from recognized university in instrumentation engineering / Petroleum engineering/mechanical engineering. Minimum 3 years of experience in subsea controls equipment and subsea production equipment including trees, Manifold, flowline, connectors, casing hangers, tubing hangers, running tools and operation of the equipment offshore. Awareness of basic subsea system architecture, and fundamental subsea hardware functionality. Familiar with operation of typical subsea system including general layout, process flow and chemical distribution. Familiarity with subsea processing technology is preferred. Familiarity with the development of PFD / PIDs and design specification of process equipment. Good knowledge of industry standards and practices related to process design and safety Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills. ","
