Delhi Location - Requirement - Gradaute with at least 1 year experience on paper Salary - Upto 4.8 LPA + 15k Incentive bracket 2. Gurgaon Location - Requirement - Gradaute/UG + Fresher/Experience can apply Salary - Upto 3.75 LPA (Depends upon the process) + Performanaced based Incentives 3. Noida Location - Requirement - Gradaute/UG + Fresher/Experience can apply Salary - Upto 3 LPA (Depends upon the process) + Performanaced based Incentives Roles and Responsibility - They efficiently handle inbound and outbound calls and transfer them to the relevant agent or department as per the telecalling script. Conducting surveys to collect data about customer satisfaction, churn rate, brand image and awareness, etc. Analyzing and reporting customer data to devise new strategies or update the existing ones Communicating with them through various omnichannel channels, including email, social media, phone, or SMS Make appointments that fit into the schedule of the client and the customer.
