Job Description
Role & responsibilities Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industry trends. Analyze market data to develop strategies for reaching new markets and enhancing service offerings. Sales and Business Development: Identify and target potential B2B clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business development goals and revenue targets. Present and demonstrate MedPlus Diagnostics' services to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our subscription model. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns. Regularly engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored diagnostic solutions. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement business development plans. Identify new market opportunities and create strategies to capture them. Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities. Partnerships and Alliances: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with relevant stakeholders, including healthcare providers, insurance companies, and industry associations. Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with partners. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, operations, and product development teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals. Provide feedback and insights from the market to help shape product development and marketing strategies. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field; MBA preferred. 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the healthcare or diagnostics industry.B2B sales experience a must. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong understanding of B2B sales and subscription-based business models. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
