Job Description - Creative Designer To Provide creative solutions for product centric & brand centric across the category for all the medium. Lead design projects, collaborating with marketing and branding teams to create visually compelling and on-brand materials. Coordinating with the brand's assigned agency for creative communication with the creative agency studio team to maintain Brand hygiene. To Share proper point to point feedback with the agency as per the brand requirements. To Create a wide range of design materials, including print collateral, digital assets, social media graphics, BTL & presentations. Managing outdoor design and adaptation, as well as communication with vendors, to ensure hygiene and quality.To Coordinate with associated vendors regarding creative for the ground-based BTL execution. To Develop packaging concepts from initial ideation to final production, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Complete involvement in overall packaging from ideation, design and proofing. To Create mock-ups and prototypes to present design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders. To Prepare production-ready artwork files with precise specifications for printing and manufacturing processes. To Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines.
