Job Description
Qualifications: Four or more years of experience in Loan Setup/Loan Processing (one year of team handling experience is preferred). Exposure to the Lending QB/Encompass Loan Origination System is necessary. Strong working knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, and Government Loan guidelines. Demonstrated ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, with fellow employees, customers, and external vendors in a professional, articulate, and respectful manner until the loan proceeds to Underwriting. Job Role and Responsibilities: 1. Reviewing and validating information from LOS against various documents, including 1003, 1008, AUS, Initial Disclosures, HOI, and Income and Asset documents. 2. Rerunning AUS if discrepancies are found in the information entered in LOS and highlighting the discrepancies to loan officers. 3. Reviewing credit reports and validating liabilities while highlighting red flags, if any. 4. Placing orders for third-party documents like Title, Property Profile, Appraisal, Flood Certificate, and Hazard Insurance documents. 5.
