Job Description: Credit Manager (Female Preferred) Location: Janakpuri, New Delhi Office Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Remuneration: Dependent on Interview We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Credit Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with the ability to assess creditworthiness and manage risk effectively. Key Responsibilities: Lead Management: Handle leads received through online digital marketing channels, ensuring smooth client interactions. Creditworthiness Evaluation: Review all relevant financial documents and assess clients' creditworthiness to make informed decisions. Credit Scoring Models: Develop and implement credit scoring models to predict potential risks and help in decision-making. Loan Approval/Reject Decisions: Evaluate loan requests based on clients' credibility, potential revenues, and risk assessment. Approve or reject loan applications accordingly. Interest Rate Calculation: Determine appropriate interest rates for approved loans based on various risk factors and market conditions. Negotiation: Engage with clients to negotiate loan terms, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on credit assessments and risk evaluations for senior management. Collections Monitoring: Monitor and track loan repayment schedules to ensure timely collections, addressing any payment delays proactively. Qualifications: Education: B.Com, M.Com, or MBA in Finance or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in credit management or finance roles. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good understanding of financial statements and credit analysis. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
