Job Description

Role & responsibilities Collaborate with instructional designers and creative team to grasp project scope and objectives. Contribute to brainstorming sessions, offering fresh design perspectives and ideas. Support design and illustration teams through photo editing, bespoke illustration, and icon creation. Develop conceptual layouts for motion graphic projects. Innovate and create new design concepts, graphics, layouts, and animations. Assist in crafting animation storyboards and presentations. Help to select appropriate audio, graphic, and animation styles for projects. Encode, convert, edit videos, and enhance motion graphics with effects/elements. Train and mentor others in animation software usage. Stay updated on animation advancements, technologies, production design trends, and music to ensure cutting-edge work. Work closely with the design team to create and animate assets, delivering high-quality motion graphic content across all project stages. Preferred candidate profile Freshers are Welcome (Depends on Skills) At least 2+ years graphic design experience including video production and animation Bachelor degree or Specialisation in graphic design or motion graphics preferred Strong portfolio showcasing hing-end digital design skills
