About the Role We are seeking a Quality Analyst (Fresher) to join our pharmaceutical company. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting quality assurance and control functions within the organization. Working alongside experienced professionals, you will help ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Quality Control & Testing: Assist with routine testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products. Ensure that testing and inspections adhere to established specifications and guidelines. Aid in the maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment and tools to ensure accuracy. Documentation & Record-Keeping: Support the documentation of test results and maintain proper records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Assist in preparing reports on test outcomes, deviations, and quality control actions. Regulatory Compliance Assistance: Learn and comply with pharmaceutical industry regulations, including GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and FDA standards. Assist in ensuring quality processes align with regulatory requirements during audits and inspections. Collaboration & Teamwork: Collaborate with senior quality analysts and production teams to ensure consistent product quality. Participate in team meetings to ensure smooth communication and coordination across departments. Training & Development: Engage in internal training programs to enhance your knowledge of quality assurance processes. Learn industry standards and best practices for maintaining product quality in the pharmaceutical field. Key Requirements Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field. Skills: Basic understanding of quality control practices, testing methodologies, and GMP regulations (training will be provided). Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Eagerness to learn and grow within the pharmaceutical industry. Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Ability to work under supervision and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
