Job Description

Raise awareness of Carbon out program in product line and at sites working with Product line Carbon Out Champion. Establish and steward process for gathering project ideas to reduce carbon emissions. Responsible for ensuring projects are captured in repository Smart sheets after discussion with site champions and locations. Track and report progress to Product line champion and follow up with location on progress of Carbon out initiatives. Assist in training and education efforts for site champions with Product line champion. Provide and facilitate PL-wide engagement opportunities on carbon out and lifecycle assessment. Identify and raise issues to the Product line champion Assess support and manage adoption of program through weekly engagement and events with site and product line champion. Participate in company-wide Carbon Out events Perform LCA assessments on products engaging with vendors and manufacturing to define the base line emissions of existing and upcoming products. Use of sustainability support center to perform lifecycle assessments. Create, develop and verify emission report summary for wireline services. Schedule peer reviews with PC sponsors and LCA teams. Streamline process of collecting data from all vendors to simplify the LCA assessments in sustainability support center software. Continuously drive discussion to gather ideas and projects to reduce carbon foot print for wireline services. Other projects related to Carbon Out as necessary. Work Experience ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS Engineering Bachelors Degree or equivalent. Ability to solve substantially difficult problems of complex nature and broad scope. Ability to create innovative approaches to problems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Must be a team player. Ability to build dashboard and MS excel proficiency. DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS Masters Degree in a related field preferred 2+ years\ experience in related field Knowledge of Carbon Scope 1, 2 and 3 Emissions.
