Apprentice Training is an initiative by the Ministry Of Education which is a 12 months program for freshers joining the organization and learning valuable skills and knowledge. Come, discover your potential at Lodha. Position Overview: We are seeking motivated and eager Civil Engineers to join our team. As an apprentice, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the Real Estate industry, while working alongside experienced professionals. This apprenticeship will provide you with valuable skills and knowledge that will help advance your career. Key Responsibilities: Operations : Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receipt, storage of material related issues Ensure Safety, Security & Quality policies / procedures are adhered to Inventory : Receiving, Recording and Storing New inventory / Used Inventory /Return Inventory and ensuring that they are in the right location. Perform physical inventory counts, compare them to System Inventory and Reconciliations. Coordinating :Collaborating with various teams- Projects, Quality, Commercial, EHS, Central Procurement and Hospitality & Property Management teams solving queries with a problem resolution approach. Work Management : Assigning work, monitoring staff productivity Personality Traits: Ability to work well with others. Thorough and pay attention to detail. Ability to organise time, workload & work under pressure Flexible and open to change. Good Verbal communication skills. Education Qualification: Diploma in Engineering/ Graduate in any discipline (2024/2023 year pass-outs) Strong interest in Supply Chain Management/ Material Management / Civil Engineering/ Real Estate /Construction Industry Excellent communication and organizational skills.
