Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities through effective sales strategies and relationship management.
  • Manage existing agency channels for Motor- Non Motor and Health Insurance to increase revenue growth and retention rates.
  • Identify potential clients and develop targeted marketing campaigns to drive lead generation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-7 years of experience in insurance broking, general insurance sales, health insurance, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of agency development, agency channel management, field sales, and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets and deadlines.
