Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to grow agency channel sales through agent recruitment and development.
- Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and close deals.
- Manage a team of agents to achieve targets, provide coaching, training, and feedback.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues related to policy servicing, claims processing, etc.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-7 years of experience in health insurance sales or agency development.
- Strong understanding of the health insurance industry, including products, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with clients at all levels.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
