Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow agency channel sales through agent recruitment and development.
  • Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and close deals.
  • Manage a team of agents to achieve targets, provide coaching, training, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues related to policy servicing, claims processing, etc.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-7 years of experience in health insurance sales or agency development.
  • Strong understanding of the health insurance industry, including products, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with clients at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
