Job Description

Key Responsibilities


B2B Sales & Lead Generation

  • Proactively generate new business opportunities through face-to-face meetings, tele-calling, Zoom/G-meets, networking, and industry events
  • Identify, qualify, and convert high-potential leads into confirmed exhibitors
  • Maintain continuous engagement with prospects through calls, emails, and meetings

Space Selling & Exhibitor Acquisition

  • Pitch and sell exhibition booth space and sponsorship packages effectively
  • Clearly communicate the value proposition of ABEC exhibitions to decision-makers
  • Convince exhibitors to book prime booth locations aligned with their business goals

Negotiation & Closing

  • Negotiate pricing, booth sizes, payment terms, and contracts
  • Close deals efficiently while ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets consistently

Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with exhibitors and partners
  • Understand client needs and deliver solutions that exceed expectations
  • Ensure strong client recall through impactful communication and personality

Travel & Field Sales

  • Willing to travel Pan-India for up to 15 continuous days with written acceptance
  • Remain proactive on calls and follow-ups even during travel
  • Attend exhibitions, industry meets, and client visits regularly

Database Management & Reporting

  • Act as a database specialistbuild, manage, and convert large lead databases
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and conversions
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze performance metrics

Market Intelligence

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market insights
  • Use market intelligence to refine sales strategies and pitches

Mandatory Requirements


  • Experience: 16 years of proven B2B sales experience
  • Prior experience in the exhibition industry and space selling is mandatory
  • Vehicle Ownership: Must own a two-wheeler or car for local travel
  • Travel Readiness: Written acceptance for 15 days of continuous travel
  • Sales Style:
  • Aggressive, high-energy, and result-oriented
  • Expert in tele-calling, fixing meetings, follow-ups, and conversions
  • Comfortable with inside sales via Zoom / Google Meets
  • Personality & Presence:
  • Extremely talkative, confident, and persuasive communicator
  • Well-groomed, presentable, and professional appearance
  • Unforgettable personality with strong client recall value
  • High enthusiasm, alertness, and visible energy (fast-moving, mentally sharp)
  • Mindset:
  • Responsible individual and primary bread earner mindset preferred
  • Strong ownership, commitment, and accountability towards targets
