The Sales Administrator is responsible for managing travel and expense processes for the sales team. This role ensures timely reimbursement, accurate record-keeping, and compliance with company policies, while supporting overall sales operations.
Meril is global manufactures medical solutions in the form of Vascular Intervention devices, Orthopedic supplements, In-Vitro Diagnostics, Endo-surgery and ENT products. also unched Urology & Gastroenterology having 160 Divisions & 17000+ Employees, Plant in Vapi.
Role & responsibilities
- Process travel and expense claims submitted by the sales team
- Verify bills, receipts, and supporting documents
- Ensure claims comply with company TA/DA policies
- Calculate allowances (travel, lodging, food, local conveyance)
- Maintain accurate records of all expense claims
- Organize and archive invoices, bills, and approval documents
Preferred candidate profile
- Any graduate
- 1 to 5 years of experience in TA/DA handling admin roles
- Strong knowledge of expense management and reimbursement processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel (important for tracking & reports)
