Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory compliances (PF, ESI, Gratuity), and insurance regulations.
  • Manage timely processing and remittance of statutory payments and filings.
  • Handle employee disciplinary processes, investigations, and corrective actions per company policy.
  • Conduct compliance audits, risk assessments, and training programs for HR and staff.
  • Liaise with government authorities and maintain accurate records for audits.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate with experience in handling disciplinary cases for the organization with a preferred qualification in labour / industrial laws.
