Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory compliances (PF, ESI, Gratuity), and insurance regulations.
- Manage timely processing and remittance of statutory payments and filings.
- Handle employee disciplinary processes, investigations, and corrective actions per company policy.
- Conduct compliance audits, risk assessments, and training programs for HR and staff.
- Liaise with government authorities and maintain accurate records for audits.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidate with experience in handling disciplinary cases for the organization with a preferred qualification in labour / industrial laws.
