Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform breakdown maintenance, mechanical maintenance, preventive maintenance, machine maintenance, plant maintenance on elevators and escalators.
- Troubleshoot issues with equipment failures to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and facilities to ensure optimal performance and identify potential problems before they become major issues.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues related to elevator and escalator operations.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including repairs made, materials used, and downtime caused by equipment failure.
