Job Description
- Assist in planning and scheduling training programs and workshops.
- Coordinate with internal and external trainers, and participants for sessions.
- Help create, update, and organize training materials, presentations, and handouts.
- Support in maintaining training calendars and tracking attendance.
- Assist in collecting and analyzing training feedback and post-training assessments.
- Support onboarding and induction sessions for new hires.
- Maintain LD data and records for internal audits and reporting.
- Research industry best practices and suggest improvements in learning methodologies.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to take initiative.
- Interest in employee learning, training design, and HR functions.
