Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead the Gastroenterology Consumables business. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key hospital accounts, and building strong relationships with gastroenterologists and surgeons. The role requires extensive field presence, including time spent in OTs to support procedures involving stents and related accessories.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales and achieve regional targets for gastroenterology consumables, including stents and accessories
Develop and manage strong relationships with key doctors, KOLs, and hospital stakeholders
Actively participate in OT procedures to support product usage and demonstrate clinical value
Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within the assigned region
Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the regional sales team
Collaborate with marketing and product teams for effective product positioning and launches
Ensure timely collection, reporting, and compliance with company policies

Key Requirements:

5 to 10 years of experience in medical device / consumables sales (preferably Gastro/Urology segment)
Proven experience in managing a region and achieving sales targets
Strong network and relationships with gastroenterologists and hospitals in the assigned region
Hands-on experience in OT support and clinical selling of stents and related products
Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills
Ability to travel extensively within the region
