Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized service to high-net-worth and walk-in clients
- Understand customer needs and recommend jewellery that fits their style and occasion
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, including follow-ups and repeat business
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets
- Maintain product knowledge across fine jewellery, diamonds, gemstones, and precious metals
- Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation meet brand standards
- Handle billing, documentation, and after-sales coordination
- Maintain discretion and professionalism at all times
Requirements
- 05 years of experience in luxury retail or fine jewellery sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-groomed, confident, and customer-focused
- Knowledge of diamonds, gold, gemstones, and certification is preferred
- Comfortable working weekends and peak retail hours
- Fluency in English and Hindi; Marathi is an advantage
- Freshers welcome to apply also
