Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote ICICI Credit Cards
- Explain product features, benefits, and offers to customers
- Generate leads and convert them into successful sales
- Maintain daily call reports and follow-ups
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Ensure compliance with company and banking guidelines
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- HSC Pass (Mandatory)
- Age: 21+ (for premium process)
- Minimum 6 months of telecalling/sales experience preferred
- Freshers with good communication can be considered (for other campaigns)
- Good communication skills in English (mandatory)
- Confident, target-oriented, and persuasive personality
- Basic computer knowledge
