Job Role: Credit Control Executive
Location: Andheri East, Mumbai (Near Chakala Metro Station)

Key Responsibilities:
- Collection of sufficient cheques from parties on timely basis.
- Maintaining the record of cheques as per deposition dates.
- Prior intimation to be sent to parties before deposition of cheques.
- Timely deposition of cheques in bank for clearance.
- In case of cheque bounce, email to be sent to parties to do NEFT / RTGS payment.
- Handling over bounced cheques, email communications, required documents to legal team for initiating legal action.
- Sending ledger statement to parties as per the need.
- Sending balance confirmation mails to parties and doing follow-ups till confirmed.
- Any issues in ledger statements to be attended on a timely basis and getting it resolved.
- Helping Order punching & Credit Control team in high work load hours and during month end closing work

Eligibility:
- Fresh Commerce/Finance graduate with good academic records
- Freshers are welcome Training will be provided
- Candidates with a few months of office work experience will be given additional preference
- Male candidate considering the requirement of overnight stay during month-end sales closing


Working Details:
• Monday to Saturday
• 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
