Job Description

A Marketing Manager -B2B Events & Exhibitions will be responsible for planning and executing integrated marketing strategies for the companys exhibitions, conferences, awards, and media platforms. It requires a strong understanding of B2B event marketing, especially in driving exhibitor engagement, delegate participation, visitor attendance, sponsorship visibility, and brand positioning.

Role & responsibilities:

1) Event & Exhibition Marketing

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for B2B exhibitions, conferences, webinars, and awards.
• Plan campaigns to drive:
• Exhibitor acquisition
• Sponsorship visibility
• Delegate registrations
• Visitor footfalls
• Develop marketing calendars and event launch plans

2) Digital Marketing & Campaign Management

• Manage digital campaigns across:
• Email marketing
• LinkedIn and social media
• Google and digital ads
• WhatsApp campaigns
• Track campaign ROI, lead generation, engagement, and conversions

3) Branding & Communication

• Create and manage:
• Event brochures
• Media kits
• Sales presentations
• Marketing collaterals
• Promotional copy and communication
• Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all platforms

4) Partnerships & Industry Outreach

• Develop barter partnerships and tie-ups with:
• Industry associations
• Media partners
• Supporting organizations
• Coordinate PR and industry visibility initiatives

Preferred candidate profile:

• Minimum 5 years experience in:
• B2B exhibition marketing
• Conference marketing
• Trade shows/events
• Media/event organizations
• Strong understanding of:
• Event promotion strategies
• Digital marketing and ROI tracking
• Lead generation campaigns
• Exposure to print media/publications marketing
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media campaigns
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in construction / infrastructure / engineering / manufacturing / allied sectors would be an advantage.
