About the Opportunity
We are hiring across multiple levels for our Ideal Place to Work Certification, an ESG-aligned workplace assessment and recognition platform.
This is a consultative, insight-led business development role where you will engage with CXOs, CHROs, and senior leaders to onboard organizations and drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities-
Market Development & Sales
- Identify and engage with mid-market and enterprise clients
- Lead consultative discussions (virtual & in-person) with senior stakeholders
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting solutioning closure
- Build and manage a strong pipeline aligned with revenue targets
- Position our IDEAL framework as a strategic business solution
- Independently manage client relationships and sales cycles
- Drive closures and revenue targets
Stakeholder Engagement
- Present to CXOs, CHROs, founders, and leadership teams
- Drive conversations on workplace culture, leadership, and ESG
- Build long-term client relationships as a trusted advisor
Internal Collaboration
- Work with research and delivery teams for customized solutions
- Share market insights to refine offerings and strategy
Skills & Capabilities
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in consultative/solution selling
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders
- High emotional intelligence and negotiation skills
- Structured approach to pipeline and revenue management
- Understanding of ESG/business strategy is an advantage
