About the Opportunity

We are hiring across multiple levels for our Ideal Place to Work Certification, an ESG-aligned workplace assessment and recognition platform.

This is a consultative, insight-led business development role where you will engage with CXOs, CHROs, and senior leaders to onboard organizations and drive revenue.


Key Responsibilities-

Market Development & Sales

  • Identify and engage with mid-market and enterprise clients
  • Lead consultative discussions (virtual & in-person) with senior stakeholders
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting solutioning closure
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline aligned with revenue targets
  • Position our IDEAL framework as a strategic business solution
  • Independently manage client relationships and sales cycles
  • Drive closures and revenue targets

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Present to CXOs, CHROs, founders, and leadership teams
  • Drive conversations on workplace culture, leadership, and ESG
  • Build long-term client relationships as a trusted advisor

Internal Collaboration

  • Work with research and delivery teams for customized solutions
  • Share market insights to refine offerings and strategy

Skills & Capabilities

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in consultative/solution selling
  • Ability to engage senior stakeholders
  • High emotional intelligence and negotiation skills
  • Structured approach to pipeline and revenue management
  • Understanding of ESG/business strategy is an advantage
