Hiring for a leading Asset Management Company for PMS and AIF products


We are looking for people who genuinely understand the investment landscape, have earned trust with wealth partners, and know how to build conviction around what we do.


If you've been in this industry and feel ready to own a larger outcome, this is the opportunity to:


  • Drive new client and distributor acquisition across bank, wealth, and IFA channels, with a clear focus on AIF and PMS mandates.
  • Nurture and deepen existing relationships with wealth partners and end investors be the person they call first.
  • Identify, engage, and empanel new distribution partners who align with clients investment philosophy.
  • Work closely with the investments, marketing, and product teams to bring the Client story to the right audiences.
  • Own your pipeline end-to-end, from first conversation to onboarding and beyond.

What will make you a good fit?


You bring with you:

  • Expertise in the industry: 3-8 years for Relationship Manager and 8-15 years for Sr. Manager or AVP in asset management sales & relationship building across PMS, AIF, mutual funds, or wealth industry with track record of driving sales with various channel partners such as bank, wealth, or national distributors.
  • Established network and relationships in core markets: You have built a reputation and connect with established channel partners in key cities we are intent to grow in i.e. Ahmedabad and Mumbai
  • Strong commercial instinct: You can identify the right opportunity, build lasting relationships with partners and clients. You see every opportunity through from first conversation to closure, owning each step of the relationship.
  • Solid communication skills and market savviness: You are passionate about markets and can hold an intelligent conversation about equities, macro, and portfolio construction, and translate that into conviction.
  • Self-driven and accountable: You are agile, quick to understand context, urgencies and own outcomes without waiting to be directed.
  • Intellectually rigorous and client-first: You do right by the client even when it's inconvenient, and you bring first-principles thinking to every problem
  • Collaborative & Openness to feedback: You are a team player and know how to collaborate across functions. You make the team around you sharper, share credit naturally, and treat feedback as fuel not friction.
